Typical, go to start her tonight for a quick jolly out and nadda, not having any of it. Attempts to turn over then stops with the sound of a solenoid or relay going nuts then will attempt to turn over again once or twice. I think it's a flat battery but need to pull the other motor up next to her and get the old jump leads out. Oh well, have to delay the jolly for a day to two!

Sound like the battery. if you leave them for a couple of weeks the alarm etc will drain it.

A new battery and she's happy as Larry, actually looks like the old battery was a little under powered and looking through the quite full service history (with receipts for wiper blades etc) it doesn't look like its had a new one in the last 7 years at least - did discover she has a leak in the back though which I'll need to take a look at, the carpet/foam backing was soaked! Still took her for a drive and all good!
