Evenin'!
Looks nice and clean. And what a fabulous shade of retro gold.
How did you sneak that past the missus?

Re: hello again
To be honest she didn't have much choice in the matter really I went out looking one day looking for an astra or mondeo or summit similar an ended up going home in the manta she's a 1.9 berlinetta originally an auto but she's now got a 5spd manual very solid car the colour is actually a modern mitsubishi colour Its lowered on spax shocks an the alloys came from an mx5 I'm very pleased but like I say if the right 1 came along I'd still b very tempted by a 944

Re: hello again
Welcome back!!
I could be wrong but didn't that car used to live near Coldstream just before the old railway bridge at Cornhill?
Bit specific I knw but I'm sure I've seen it before
Looks great though and nothing wrong will showing it on here, after all its not a real Porsche
Have to honest as well, if I could find a mint Sunbeam Stiletto I'd swap the 944!

Re: hello again
That would be correct mate the guy I bought it from lives just a few miles away just outside dunns so its very likely you would've round tht area and I must say it was a very reluctant sale on his part but he just didn't use it enough prior 2 me buying it, it hadnt been on the road for about 3yr I think an when it came 2b motd when I bought it apart from a sticky calliper (a common problem apparently) it only needed a bulb and some new wiper blades I've used it everyday since and even during tht bad winter we've just had she never let me down

Re: hello again
Cool I like those I looked at an Imp b4 I got the manta but it needed 2 much work doing 2 it needed a lot of welding as for using the manta as a daily driver I'm not sure I would use it in the winter again rather cold 2 say the least especially as the heating could do with an overhaul lol
