Skoda fabia Greenline II

Well its finaly arrived.
On 22 Jan I ordered a brand new Skoda Fabia. Its Greenline II just think Polo bluemotion but 3K£ cheaper so 1.2 tdi with stop start, extra aero, light weight hollow wheels,part time engine anciliries etc etc.






The potential MPG advantage over an ordinary car is immense
Urban mpg 68.9
ex urb 94.2
combined 83.1

If I can get 70 mpg odd that would be great. To put that into perspective at 77 mpg on a run I could drive from home (Towcester) to Paris and back on one 10 gallon tank.

Dont forget if I fancy a blast the `44 is ready to go......................

Excellent choice sir! I suspect there is bugger all road tax to pay either.
The modern skuds are vastly underrated in my humble opinion.

Thats right no VED and no London congestion charge either.

Skoda's have for 15 years been the clever mans VW, cheap with VW reliability, not the prettiest things but with those kinds of figures you can't go wrong!
