here it is test fitted.

Re: 924 Carrera
a little side-by-side comparizon.
some would dare to say that the aftermarket bumper looks better
but i dissagaree...i think the S2/951 bumper is simply perfect for the general shape of the car. it puts everything back into scale and flows nicely.
Now...i have to sort out the difference in roundness of the nose pannel of the 924 compared to the S2/951. i'll try to mod the bumper to fill the gap.

Re: 924 Carrera
yea, to be honest i think the S2 bumper brings justice to the CGT body better than the original CGT bumper does. i hope it will look just as good in reality as it looks on photoshop
Re: 924 Carrera
Agreed. The 951 unit is heaps better looking.

Re: 924 Carrera
Will it be a custom made one or are you changing the wings as well?
Won't you need Turbo/S2 wings to change the front spoiler?

Re: 924 Carrera
i wont be changing the wings, not now. Maybe in the future i'll put on 951 wings...this if i let go of the side trims. but for now i'm going to make a mold of the original 951 bumper to be able to cook myself a perfect replica later on in case i want to go all original.
the plan is not to mod the car in any way anymore...i dont want to paint it. i'll try to make some subtle mods to the bumper so that it fits and looks flush to the car.
thanks for the opinions guys.
