Welcome along! Mighty clean looking Toofah there and with a 5 stud conversion as well.
Whats the interior like? If its as clean as the exterior, I'd say its a helluva car.

My 924

Post by spliffy on Mon 24 May 2010, 19:37

Thanks for the warm welcome folks. Sunny has indeed been pretty well looked after, IIRC i am the third owner and I have had him 14 years this month! In that time I have done a few bits, fitting a passenger door mirror, Audi T/B and the tele dial conversion. Car came with the usual wheels but I wanted the dials so did the conversion, usual turbo upgrade on the front but fitted 5 stud drums at the back. Easier to do and a better hand brake. Fitted Turbo sill covers at the same time.

The interior is ok, carpets are not very brown any more having faded. Think I may change them to cream. Had the front seats recovered not long after buying the car and fitted late 944 interior door releases. has a dash cover over the usual cracks, but it is all neat and tidy and everything works. Will post some pics.

Love the colour (suspect I may not be alone ) dont see many in gold. Sunny has never let me down or failed to complete a journey and has been great fun to work on, these german cars are so well put together. Other cars have come and gone but still got the porker.
